We're sorry to see you leave! If for any reason you would like to cancel a monthly subscription you can do that by going into your "Paypal" subscription section and then clicking cancel. We have provided a link below you can check out on step by step how to cancel. If for any reason you didn't get the items you paid for we are more then happy to correct that problem for you we ask you to join our discord and create a ticket. Terms of Service

Payments to the NakedZombos server otherwise known as (Shadehouse LLC) are a payment for the virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the NakedZombos servers, you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins and rules can be changed at any time. This includes but not limited to our Game servers and Discord Server. All items are virtual and have no value. Wipes can happen at any time for any reason and items are then lost. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or with the written prior consent of a parent or guardian. 

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Discord Ranks

When donating for a monthly subscription VIP rank you will also provide your discord username. This automatically unlocks access to exclusive channels inside discord. To fully claim the benefits you can type !tebex:claim inside the discord server to claim your donation package. Discord ranks will automatically expire after the monthly in-game rank expires.
